What are strategies?
Strategies are procedures used on a daily basis. The use of strategies can help you to perform a new task, if you have challenges or when a familiar activity needs to be changed. A strategy can focus on a specific task or apply to different tasks. Sometimes you can use a few strategies together. The awareness of strategies and the routinely use of them can improve your performance.
The use of personal strategies:
Strategies are personal and people differ in their use of strategies.
When a strategy is efficient it can help improve skills and participate in daily activities.
If you create strategies or solutions for yourself, there is a greater chance you will remember and use them compared to strategies given by someone else.
Strategies need to be practiced in different situations in order to understand its efficiency.
The more strategies you have, the more flexibility and adjustment you will gain in performing your tasks.
